Role summary

The Client Representative – Consumer Market is responsible for responding to all customer requests concerning company products, services, equipment and billing. This includes a responsibility for increasing and protecting market share and revenues by promoting and selling company products and services whenever possible, and by ensuring complete customer satisfaction in response to requests or complaints. Through appropriate questioning techniques, assesses customer problems and needs. Through effective communication and coordination with various departments and other outside companies, ensures service is provided to customers on a timely basis. Through various data bases and appropriate documentation, maintains and updates all customer account and service request information.
