Role summary
The Client Representative is responsible for the collection of monies owed, and for taking appropriate measures to avoid additional losses. Included in this is the responsibility for providing advice and assistance to debtors in order to ensure revenue protection and generation. As well the representative initiates or coordinates appropriate action if funds cannot be recovered (this may include toll blocking, disconnections or other actions). In addition the Representative is responsible for determining client deposit requirements based on client's credit history, before service is established or reestablished. The Representative may also be responsible for analyzing and investigating company claims for damage to the company property. Included in this is the responsibility for determining the responsible party and the amount of liability, and for providing information to the appropriate agency. Through various databases and appropriate documentation, the Representative maintains and updates customer account information.
