Role summary
The Client Representative is responsible for providing quality and timely service to clients (dedicated or pooled) in the large business and government market segments. The representative must work to develop and maintain key client relationships and requires a solid understanding of the client organization and of the various client service level agreements. The representative deals with all aspects of Bell business products and services in either voice or data in order to fulfill client requests for service. The representative may work as part of a project team, often involving members from client and partner organizations and must use effective project management techniques to coordinate relevant client project activities.
