Top responsibilities:

The Account Associate – SB has a dual outbound customer contact role, supporting and selling our current value-added services and directly fulfilling inbound activations.

He/she is responsible for contacting both new potential and existing corporate Small Business customers (using both inbound and outbound calling) and acquiring new business.

Customer group served: customers having from 1 to 10 activation units

Key objectives

  • To initiate two-way messaging (voice and data) sales with new and existing customers
  • To partner with external agents for new acquisitions programs
  • To expand the number of accounts on existing business accounts
  • To win back old customers/acquire customers currently with our competition
  • To participate occasionally in tradeshows

Interaction:

  • Deals with internal groups such as Sales Support or Business Support Centre
  • Communicates with external customers

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Two to three years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
